Refunds and returns policy

Thank you for purchasing products and services from Resources Now, we offer refunds with a full money back guarantee for any purchases that are covered by our refund policy below.

You must apply for a refund, following the below process with in seven (7) business days from purchase. If you apply after this time, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.

In accordance with the ACCC and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, we may not issue a refund if any of the following occur:

  • If you simply changed your mind, found the resources cheaper from another company
  • Decided you did not like what you purchased or had no use for it.
  • Used, damaged, or altered the product in any way
  • Knew of or were made aware of any issues before you bought the product.

If none of the above has occurred, we will require you to apply for a refund within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase.

For Resources Now to provide a refund we will require that you provide clear feedback in writing about how you believe the product or service is deficient or defective (e.g., audit reports, or references to specific pages, chapters, activities or services that you believe have a problem).

When a training package, qualification or unit has been updated by the industry councils or regulatory body, it is the customers responsibility to order the correct version, if you order a superseded training package, qualification or unit a refund will not be issued.

Refunds will not be given if you have purchased the wrong unit or a superseded unit or qualification.

Once we receive your feedback for the refund in writing, we will investigate the issues outlined in your feedback and make a decision.

Once the decision has been made and approved by the general Manager, we will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund in writing.

If the decision is made to issue a refund, we will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within ten (10) business days, depending on your card issuers and or banks policies

Where a refund is given, you will be required to supply a statutory declaration stating that you’ve destroyed all copies of the materials refunded. The declaration also needs to state that you have no intentions to use the materials or documents for delivering training, redistribution, or reference purposes.
