The ResourcesNow development team follows a strict set of standards when writing and preparing our training resources. We are extremely confident in the quality of our resources and we always apply feedback from previous audits and also from client and industry responses.

It is important to note that compliance is subjective. Auditors can and do have different interpretations, expectations, and opinions of what they are assessing. We cannot guarantee 100% compliance, however we can and do ensure that the quality of both our training and assessment resources is at the highest possible level.

Naturally, ResourcesNow offers a full rectification assistance guarantee on all our resources. 

Should you encounter any issues with  ResourcesNow  training and assessment materials during an official audit, upon notification we will immediately provide the required rectification to the resource materials in order to satisfy the requirements of the audit. 

Please note: The ResourcesNow rectification assistance guarantee applies only to those who purchased a complete learning and assessment resource. We do not provide the rectification assistance for those who only purchased parts of a unit.

In the event of an auditor finding an issue with a resource please send your ResourcesNow Account Manager a copy of your audit report regarding our assessment tool. We will then immediately complete any rectifications, free of any charge.

Yes, our resource development team validates the training resources on a regular basis. Our close connections within the training industry assist in what is an exceptionally thorough development process. A wide range of assessment methods are applied to validate the training materials which also include detailed mapping for each task in the assessor guide and a master matrix to make compliance a simpler process.

At ResourcesNow we submit all of our training resources to a comprehensive development process ensuring they meet the required standards. Using feedback received from previous audits, industry partners and training cliental we have developed a rigorous set of internal standards and benchmarks to ensure continued high standards of training resources.

We are extremely confident that a ResourcesNow training resource can meet the requirements of an audit. It is important to note though that every auditor has their own interpretation of the standard for an RTO to reflect.  In the event that you require rectification assistance, we provide an immediate rectification assistance guarantee.
